MACHINE CLEANING
Cleaning is carried out by an environmentally friendly cleaning system that is state-of-the-art and specially designed for cleaning KLT containers, trays, blisters and plastic pallets.
Dust, grease, oil and other dirt are removed without leaving any residue. Prewash, main wash, high-performance blow-out zones and high-performance drying with a residual moisture level of <1g.
Cleaning agents are customized.
INTENSIVE CLEANING
We not only ensure that the inside of your workpiece carriers is free of dust, grease and oil, but also that the outside is reliable. Here the KLT, trays, blisters, lids and plastic pallets are manually freed of labels and stubborn dirt is removed by hand.
QUALITY
In our specially designed, customer-specific quality catalog, the requirements for container cleaning are continuously checked so that consistent quality is ensured. Before and after machine washing, the loading equipment is checked for damage and cleanliness in accordance with the quality catalog. Load carriers that do not conform to quality are treated or sorted out.
We then assemble containers, trays and other inlays exactly according to your requirements, form packing units and store them. Your loading equipment is available at all times and is ready to be picked up on time when requested.
STORAGE AND PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT
Depending on your requirements, we can glue new labels or barcodes, strap your containers with strapping tape and / or stretch them in foil or bags. We are happy to sort your reusable containers according to type.
If necessary, we will store your cleaned KLT containers. We would be happy to develop an individual supply concept with you based on VMI, Kanban or just-in-time.

We clean standard containers, special containers, inlays, intermediate layers and plastic pallets made of the materials PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PUR and PVDF up to a maximum of 120 cm x 100 cm edge length. Reusable packaging with larger external dimensions is professionally cleaned manually by our staff.
